Educational sales and sales management has changed over the years. You no longer sell things, you help clients make purchase decisions. I believe that in order to have true success you have to form a partnership with your client. For almost 20 years I have been working with school districts, administrators, curriculum specialists, and others to help them achieve their educational goals. As a sales director, I have successfully built all aspects of a sales organization in both growing companies and well established companies. Directly managing both inside and outside sales teams, my focus has been on matching solutions that meet the needs of the client/district. With a management style that is hands-on and a focus on constant process improvement, our team has been able to exceed insane sales goals on a consistent basis. Core areas of focus include Sales Management, Sales Training, Sales Process, Sales KPI’s, Sales Metrics, Sales and Marketing alignment, Sales and Marketing Strategy.
