I am a seasoned Healthcare Professional and have owned and run Licensed Healthcare Programs/Businesses my entire career. I implemented and developed Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) in the United States and specifically, at JFK Medical Center, in Edison NJ for 20 years. Following that, I ventured into the for-profit world and ran Partial Care Treatment Programs and Residential Health Care Programs for the Division of Mental Health Services (DMHS) of NJ for a Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill population (SPMI). I helped to transition the closing of Marlboro State Hospital in NJ as the Coordinator of Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS) for Somerset County. In addition, and simultaneously, I also maintained an RFP Contract with the County of Essex NJ for all the Special Transportation for the Elderly and Disabled for 10 years -(401c Corporation). I have been the Administrator On-Record for two (2) Adult Medical Day Health Services Programs and I have had a long relationship with the Department of Health and Senior Services of NJ. I have earned my reputation providing expert Program and Business management oversight, specializing in Team building and enhancement, controlling expenses, maximizing profits and providing creative solutions to critical business issues. I am successful in entrepreneurial situations where directing change and problem solving with a hands-on consultative approach as the key to overall Program and Business operational enhancement, profitability and growth. With excellent planning, administrative management, negotiating and follow-up skills, I can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. I consistently solve complex problems while increasing productivity, profitability and growth utilizing existing assets and resources.
