About Robert Lind

I have about 24 years of work experience, mostly within the interface between technical and commersial positions. I am a positive, prestigueless and outgoing person with characteristics such as flexibility, accuracy and dedication. What drives me is working with creative tasks in a transparent team. My experiences from working with several industries, nationalities and personalities is rather unique. It have shaped my ability to keep direct communication and save time. Summarized I have experiences from: Technical support and sales Market development Mechanical design 3D-scanning Quality systems Test engineering Project Management Below you will find my work experience in chronological order; I took my Technology Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at BTH University. After graduating, I was fortunate to be choosen as a trainee for ABB STAL (today Siemens). The trainee period included 18 months of theory combined with practical training at different departments. After my trainee period, I worked as a mechanical designer at the department of heat exchangers. The next step was to move to Göteborg and work as consultant in the automotive industry for seven years. I worked with testing of engines and breaks as well as design and quality jobs. After some commersial education I started to work in sales of industrial gas and technical support in the steel industry. The past six years I have mainly been working with business development both on software and wear parts. My current postion is as Product Manager for a network of independent workshops called Hardox Wearparts. In private life am I married and have three wonderful kids. I live in the small town of Nyköping, located south of Stockholm. Together our family enjoys exploring the fun of life. Today we own motorboat which we use for daycruising in the Swedish archipelago. I have also hunt elk and deer every fall. It’s a nice feeling to spend time in the forest.
