About Robert Lisi

Hi, I’m Robert Lisi Jr, Owner and General Manager at Lisi Services, a leading mechanical service provider specializing in Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling solutions for multi-residential, commercial, and industrial buildings across Toronto and Vancouver.I’ve been in the mechanical industry since 1998, and over the years I’ve built hands-on experience in general management, sales, estimating, project management, and operations. That combination of field knowledge and strategic oversight has shaped how I lead by balancing technical excellence with people-first leadership. At Lisi Services, our focus is simple: deliver outstanding service, honest communication, and long-term reliability. Since our beginnings in 1979, we’ve worked to raise the standard for mechanical service by combining deep technical expertise with modern processes and transparent client partnerships.I’m passionate about building a company culture where accountability, growth, and teamwork drive every decision, and where employees, partners, and clients all succeed together. If you’re in property or facility management and want to keep your building’s systems running efficiently and reliably, I’d love to connect.
