Experienced telecom professional with 20+ years working in both embedded and cloud-based systems. I am currently part of a cloud test team, combining project management, team leadership, and software/feature development. I am passionate about Linux and open source, and I enjoy programming in C, C++, Rust, Perl, and PHP, as well as managing CI/CD flows using Spinnaker, Jenkins, and Git. Throughout my career, I have worked with talented colleagues in intercultural environments. Key milestones include leading the transition from waterfall to agile ways of working — unlocking better collaboration, faster feedback, and higher-quality results — and spearheading the adoption of Git for version control, making development workflows more efficient and transparent. Coordinating distributed teams across different countries has deepened my appreciation for subtle but important cultural differences in the workplace. Outside of work, I live with my family on a small farm, surrounded by forest and nature. Life here offers a balance that fuels my creativity, focus, and drive for continuous learning.
