As the vice president of legal and compliance for Stronghold Digital Mining Inc, I serve as in-house counsel and focus on legal solidity and a cash flow-centric stance in structuring deals to optimize EBIT, elevating financial and legal moves. Below are some of my top accomplishments: • Establishing and developing Stronghold Digital Mining’s securities compliance function internally from inception, including creating corporate governance guidelines and developing comprehensive proxy statement. • Negotiating the US public debt and international “Green Bond” offerings of over $4B and $2.9B aggregate credit facility for Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation. • Closing and financing 25 mergers and acquisitions, including 2 transformative transactions of $11B and $2B.
