With dual education and expertise in marketing and engineering, I have worked as an executive for multiple multinational firms with complex technical products. I am recognized as an expert in global marketing and business strategy for motion control/industrial automation. By delivering on my promises and consistently leading high-performance teams, I have championed positive organizational change in every organization I worked with in my career. Born in Vietnam with Chinese heritage and having lived in Germany since I was 14 years old, my life story is characterized by cross-cultural exploration. My career included long-term assignments in the US, Japan, and Germany, and my decision to pursue my executive MBA in France at ESSEC and Mannheim Business School further deepened my cross-cultural background and network of international colleagues throughout Europe. In my personal and professional life, I appreciate the journey as much as achieving the destination. I am a leader who understands how to grow marketing organizations into integrated, value-added functions in industrial companies. Through continuous education, respect for people, and always keeping my eye on the big picture goal, I transformed a traditional marketing structure in an engineering-led organization into a high-contributing strategic team. I am family-oriented and respect the need for work-life balance. My commitment to an inclusive leadership approach reflects my belief that everyone has something to offer.
