After 15 years in the oil and gas industry I have been and continue to work in the food manufacturing business. Help built a family company/plant from scratch from 1985 thru 2010 to $8.5 million in sales with 35 full time employees and sold the business in 2010. Primary business was copacking baking mixers for major national retailers - Williams-Sonoma (we were their single largest food vendor for 25 years), Target, Kroger, Stonewall Kitchen, Crate & Barrell along with many others.
