I have over 27 years experience in supervisory and management and I'm skilled in business operational management, project management, employee management, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, inventory control, minor bookkeeping, hiring, training, client and vendor relations and retention. 36 years experience working with entry level to high end audio video and home theater products, as well as distributed AV, control systems, programming, computer networking and more. I also have over over 36 years experience working with entry level to high end audio video and home theater products, as well as distributed AV, control systems, programming, computer networking and more, in both consumer level and commercial level electronics. I am a leader by design, but work well within a team structure, where everyone's input and experience is acknowledged and appreciated. I encourage those under my leadership to openly communicate with me to improve efficiency and team collaboration, as well as to improve myself and my leadership skills. I enjoy being challenged, which allows growth, increasing my skill set and improving my abilities. I want to work for a company whose emphasis is on their clients wants and needs, making reasonable efforts to meet and exceed such. In my personal time, I enjoy the company of my family and the adventures we share. Hobbies include, hiking, photography, martial arts, movies and music, museums and cultural exploration.
