Entreprenuership is a lifelong and fantastical challenge for me. I enjoy leading and growing business. I read extensively on business and personal development. I learn and teach business, leadership, communication, cooperation, marketing, and personal development. I married my high school sweetheart, Judy in 1989 and we now 8 children.(No, we don't have a TV) Some of the children work with me in Mann Tile, Inc. We follow a philosophy provided to us by a pastor many years ago, which is,"don't use your children to build your business, use your business to build your family!". I enjoy leading and building memories with my family. Our extended family is our church family, Grace Bible Fellowship. We seek to glorify Jesus with these wonderful people. One of my daughters helps with our website, our customers love it! Another daughter is in the office every week day, stop by and say hi to Hannah! A third daughter has an interest in Pinterest so she is developing the Mann Tile Boards with all the professionalism of any designer. You must check it out. My oldest son is one of our installers, he completed a marble shower recently that got rave reviews, you'll be seeing it on the website.
