I am the Chief Operating Officer at Nordic Cold Chain Solutions, a PE portfolio company that provides cold chain packaging solutions to various industries, including life sciences and food. I have over 20 years of experience in leading and transforming businesses in different leadership and operations roles, across multiple industries and geographies. I have a master's degree in business administration from Arizona State University and another one from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, with a focus on international business. My strengths lie in communication, problem-solving, and team-building. I specialize in operational excellence, delivering rapid improvement to underperforming organizations using lean and six-sigma approaches. I have a track record of delivering superior financial and operational results in challenging conditions, such as in the chemical, specialty chemical, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries. I have led organizations in Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America, and Africa, gaining broad exposure to global markets and a deep understanding of the nuances of different business cultures. With an approach of continuously challenging the status quo and building collaborative environments, I establish a clear vision for my colleagues that provides the motivation for success. My aim is to drive both immediate results and long-term focus on incremental value for the organization and the PE portfolio. I am fluent in Spanish and have received the Magnolia Award for economic and social contributions to the local community.
