I have worked remotely for 30+ years in my roles as Software Developer, CIO, Learning Consultant, Instructional Designer, Content Creator, Managing global teams, etc. I have a proven track record of success based on my learning philosophy based on 3 principles: 1) Leverage the creative potential of each individual by getting to know them personally, 2) Help others achieve their goals through self-determined metrics, 3) Inspire people to the grand mission of serving others.
