Mathematical – Completed Algebra, I and II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus and Calculus I as well as 3 years of basic accounting covering general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, FICA, and payroll. Office – Spent time as a teaching assistant and commonly used photocopiers, printers, desktop computers, as well as organized files and maintained class lists and grade averages. I have advanced computer skills and can type at 50+ adjusted WPM. I also have excellent research abilities that are augmented by my keen eye for detail (which was instrumental in my success with Pacific Pre-Cast). I have knowledge of FDCPA and HIPPA. Customer Service – During my employment with Wal-Mart customer service was one of the focuses of my job. I gave terrific customer service that was noted by management. I utilized my terrific memory to give detailed information pertinent the customer’s needs contributing to their continued patronage. Communication – I have a strong vocabulary and communicate clearly and concisely, both with written and verbal communication. I have great phone manner, and address those with whom I speak with respect. I can easily and comfortably speak to all people. I was involved in a Dramatic Arts program that developed public speaking skills as well as verbal clarity. Strong Work-Ethic – My strong work ethic earned me a two dollar per hour raise in the first month of my employment at Pacific Pre-Cast. Efficiency at Wal-Mart was increased and back-stock was eliminated allowing for more inventory room and increasing appearance of the store contributing to higher sales. This set a new standard and higher expectation from management. Computer – I am skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc:…), Photoshop, as well as all internet browsers. I have a passion for technology and pursue self study on a wide range of related subjects, and have tremendous research abilities.
