About Robert Margolies

Highly motivated engineer with an extensive background in wireless networking, software development, and data analysis. Over 7+ years of rigorous software development experience with Google Search, coupled with 7+ years of experimental and theoretical wireless research experience as part of Ph.D, as a Senior-Inventive Scientist at AT & T, and numerous internships with defense contractors working on military radio networks. I received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in July 2015, under the advising of Professor Gil Zussman in the wim.net research group. I received the B.S. degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2010 and the M.S. degree from Columbia University in 2011, both in Electrical Engineering.
