As an AR Compliance Coordinator, I’ve made a tangible impact by saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars through optimizing processing time and resolving deductions. A standout accomplishment was turning a challenging situation from write-offs to repayments. I analyzed customer data, processed and compared it to internal data using Excel tools, and identified actionable insights that allowed for increased repayments. This effort led to a significant increase in deduction repayment from 5% to 70%, while decreasing the average age of deductions from 90 days to just 30 days. Through strategic collaboration with transportation managers and customer contacts, I also helped prevent future fees, improving compliance and overall efficiency.
