I have experience in management, behavioral healthcare, industrial operations, marketing, the nonprofit sector, and public transportation. My passion is caring for people, ensuring safety, and adding value to their lives. I specialize in connecting people and collaborating with high-powered teams to drive meaningful change. I bring a fresh vision and have the capacity to foster new ideas and strategize to carry them out. During my tenure as the Quality Assurance Manager at New Day Health Services LLC, I was entrusted with overseeing the delivery of behavioral health care to clients with substance use disorders and other life-controlling issues. In this role, I supervised the staff and guided and mentored clients and colleagues, fostering an environment of growth and learning. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the behavioral healthcare industry and the skills necessary to lead and inspire a team. As I near the completion of my bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, I am already setting my sights on the next academic milestone-a master's degree to qualify as a Licensed Professional Counselor. This commitment to continuous learning and growth is a testament to my dedication to the field of behavioral healthcare. Last June, my wife and I made the decision to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona. This move was driven not only by the desire to explore new professional opportunities, but also by our love for our six wonderful grandchildren and the prospect of regular visits from our siblings. Our personal connections and family ties are an important part of our lives, and we are excited to be closer to them.
