About Robert Mathey

Product Manager on Rystad Energy’s cost and prices team with a mechanical engineering degree from Clemson University. Currently working on developing Rystad’s project cost estimation and service price inflation products for projects across traditional oil and gas, CCUS, and renewables. Prior to joining Rystad, I worked in several project management roles within ExxonMobil’s Global Projects Company, including cost engineer and project controls engineer in support of mega projects across Upstream, Downstream, and Chemicals business units. I’m passionate about product and project management, the intersection of engineering and business, understanding the global energy industry, and community service. Some of my proudest contributions have come from leading Rystad Energy's Social Impact Team where I was responsible for organizing events and initiatives benefitting local communities in the greater Houston area.
