I am a personable, proactive and meticulous HR professional with operational business improvement experience with a law degree and MA in Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 7). I have strong experience in providing executive support to operational teams, senior management and C-suite in a range of environments from fast-paced corporate, further education and not for profit/arts sectors. I have practical experience in system implementation and process design as well as experience in a range of employee relation disciplines including TUPE and large-scale change management, applying legally sound and practical guidance to operational teams. Comfortable and confident advising and managing on employee relations matters. I have a passion for processes which support personal development, employee relations and business performance. I am a firm believer in communications and empathy being the key drivers to an engaged workforce, as well as coaching and influencing senior leaders to ensure best practise throughout the leadership team.
