About Robert McClure

An experienced grant writer and fundraiser, Robert has been raising money for nonprofits for the last 5 years. During this time, he's raised nearly for the organizations he represents and boasts a very high success rate for applications. This experience includes successful applications to government organizations at the federal, state, and local level, private and public foundations, and business benevolence funds, for programmatic, capital, research, and general operating expenses. He credits this success to his approach to grant writing, which involves in depth research to identify the best grant opportunities and customized applications to the individual funder to hit on their main priorities. When not working, Robert spends his time mainly with his kids and family, writing, in nature, or with his church. A native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, he’s always had an affinity for the water, and enjoys spending time at the beach, kayaking, or walking nature trails.
