About Robert McClure

Mr. McClure has 20+ years experience across a wide spectrum of Software Development. He has participated in projects that ranged in size from sole development and small groups where each developer was responsible for every part of the software cycle up to being part of large scale development with highly structured roles and timelines. Over the years Mr. McClure has gained experience in all facets of software development from early requirements gathering and work estimation; through system-level and component-level design; through development and coding; and finally through testing, configuration management and delivery and installation. Mr. McClure has worked within many software development processes from Waterfall to Spiral and Iterative, to Agile, and feels comfortable working within any type. On various projects, Mr. McClure has led system design, developed large scale design processes, independently researched and developed new technologies, as well as worked within larger teams as a resource for developing specific subcomponents. Most recently, Mr. McClure has taken on full software development lead roles, including full responsibility for requirements and system design, team tasking, and project scheduling and reporting. Mr McClure has extensive experience in data visualization, creating visualization software from the ground up.
