So, about me.I feel I am well liked, outgoing, and motivated. I enjoy meeting new people and have had the pleasure of developing long lasting personal relationships with both customers and clients throughout my career. I am very detail oriented, organized, and am a self-starter. I feel as though I have an old-school work mentality in that I believe in being punctual, always giving 100 percent, and being a man of my word. I take great pride in my work and am always looking at ways to improve processes. I strive to provide the highest quality work by setting goals and pushing myself and my teams to reach and exceed provided expectations. I have been responsible for leading multiple teams and ensuring standards were met with proper reporting, tracking, communication, and ongoing training.I have also volunteered for various organizations including Big Brothers, Ronald McDonald House (terminally ill children), The Fischer House (veterans and families awaiting surgeries), and The Green Team (recycling during shows at Usana Ampitheater and various other venues). I also am a national certified competition soccer coach ands referee with 11 years of experience.
