About Robert McGowan

I excel working within an organization where, through application of various corporate skill-sets and experience, I assist in meeting all company goals and improve best practices. Through strong personal values and extensive client management experience I can be a strong asset in the areas of operations, marketing, business development and customer management while tailoring to specific business needs. I am 36 years old and I have ten years+ experience working in corporate environments. I graduated Marist College in 2008 and began working directly for Cushman & Wakefield; a commercial real estate brokerage. I have extensive client service experience working directly with corporate clients such as Thomson Reuters, Pitney Bowes, BAZOOKA, and Wolf Gordon. My positions has placed me in roles that involve developing static and interactive reports representing (and comparing) large amounts of market and portfolio data. These reports would then aid in management decisions and long-term strategy planning. In both my previous job and my current position at Dimensional, I have had to manage a multitude of clients spanning many different industries, prioritizing their brands in all marketing efforts, maintain detailed organization of all internal documentation, and develop effective task management methods. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I have worked with Clickup, Monday.com, Trello, Basecamp and other project management software. I have experience with PeopleSoft, Cloud Computing, Web conferencing, CRM programs, Tableau, and Quikbooks. I am a fast learner of any intra-company network or portal and have improved many systems in recent positions. My greatest strengths lie in my analytical abilities and the level of attention I give to any task, I pride my ability to research company (and industry) data to produce reports that depict current trends, determine key performance indicators, and showcase positioning (both within the company and compared to the overall market). In 2019, I started attending classes at Seton Hall for their Data Visualization and Analytic Graduate Certificate Program where I hope to gain a more in-depth knowledge of data management and the production of digital presentations (these are online courses and will not conflict).
