I take great satisfaction in finding solutions to complex problems that have a significant and enduring impact, which is what ultimately led me to pursue a career in manufacturing operations.Currently, I am finalizing my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project and have gained valuable project leadership experience. I am proficient in SAP and Excel, utilizing these tools daily to optimize processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. As a 5S Champion, I am passionate about continuous improvement and actively promote best practices within my team. I am also recognized as a proactive leader, driving results and motivating my peers.I am currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, with an expected graduation in the fall of 2025, and bring extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, where I have developed a strong foundation in process optimization and problem-solving.
