Driving Global Excellence in Electrical Systems Quality & Inspection For the past five years, I have had the privilege of leading the Global Inspection Department at KEMA Labs, a CESI Group business unit internationally recognized for its deep expertise in component testing and electrical system engineering. In this role, I’ve been responsible for managing and growing an international team of over 40 professionals, strategically located across China, South Korea, India, the Middle East, and Europe. Together, we have built and executed a robust quality assurance strategy that goes well beyond standard quality control — empowering manufacturers worldwide to optimize cost, reduce risk, and gain globally recognized certifications to enhance their market position. Our work is guided by the proprietary “Quality Assurance Toolbox”, a structured and end-to-end methodology designed to support clients at every stage of the manufacturing and supply value chain. The department offers specialized services in: Review – Rigorous evaluation of test reports against the latest industry standards Qualification – Comprehensive supplier qualification and factory auditing Testing – Execution of type, routine, and custom test programs at KEMA Labs facilities Inspection – Expediting, FAT/SAT supervision, and 2nd/3rd-party inspection services Asset Evaluation – Health Index and residual life assessments based on operating history Failure Analysis – Thorough root cause investigations and technical consulting I bring a strong technical foundation within leadership approach rooted in Lean Six Sigma principles. My focus is on delivering operational excellence, ensuring safety and compliance, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams that thrive in complex and multicultural environments.
