I developed and led global and domestic legal, compliance, regulatory enforcement, and investigative programs in the public and private sectors, including publicly traded companies, private equity, and at a nonprofit. As the Senior Regulatory Compliance Counsel and the Director of Business Integrity for large global corporations, I have successfully defended corporate programs with a variety of federal, state, and foreign enforcement and prosecuting agencies. My extensive experience as a Federal agent and manager directing criminal, civil, and administrative investigations regarding white-collar, financial, fraud, trade, and corruption investigations provides me with unparalleled experience and instincts to effectively anticipate, prevent, and respond to corporate compliance risks and events.
