From MP with the VA Guard to the Detective Bureau in Norfolk, VA to Columbia Bible College for a B.S. in Biblical Education – a radio announcer for WMHK, Wheaton College for a M.A. in Communications, through Domain Communications syndicating radio shows; Phoenix Marketing Group as a VP pioneering marketing efforts in the music industry; label exec in Nashville with top artists like DC Talk, Newsboys, Rebecca St. James, Denise Williams - to the sports representing NBA Ironman A.C. Green, NFL Pro Bowl DB Ray Buchanan. He has 24 Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum albums for artists he has represented. These unique experiences prepared him for Global Tribe where, in 2008, he became Executive Director serving till June 2011 when he launched Serve & Protect. He is a member of the American Legion, the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and the Society for Police and Criminal Psychology. Michaels is a '81 graduate of Columbia Bible College and '84 graduate of Wheaton College (M.A.).
