I have been working as a Customer Success Manager at Eptura, a global worktech company that provides SaaS solutions for workplaces, people, and assets. I am passionate about cultivating strong partnerships and driving customer satisfaction, as well as enhancing product adoption and delivering on the client vision. I am responsible for a portfolio of both enterprise and mid-market clients across the APAC region, specializing in the Serraview & Condeco solutions in the range of $50k -$200k+ ARR. Through ongoing account management and relationship building, I strive to maximize my clients' use of their platforms and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. I also leverage my analytical skills to conduct regular client business reviews, generate reports, and monitor key performance indicators. My goal is to ensure long-term client success and demonstrate the value of our products and services- Salesforce, Planhat, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint.
