Mr. Milberg was a senior partner and currently “Of Counsel” to Lanigan & Associates, P.C, Certified Public Accountants and Management Consultants, with offices in Tallahassee, Florida and Atlanta and Thomasville, Georgia, serving closely held businesses and owners throughout the Southeast. Lanigan & Associates, P.C. has traditional service of CPA firms such as audit, assurance and tax as well as specialty services in mergers & acquisitions, strategic consulting, valuation, due diligence and multi-family office services. Mr. Milberg was a director and now serves in an advisory position to Southeast Advisors, Inc, a Registered Investment Advisory and consulting firm with clients throughout the Southeast U.S. with over $1.5 billion under management and consulting assets. Southeast Asset Advisors, Inc. has been recognized as a Top 100 Investment Advisor Firms. Mr. Milberg financial consulting covers areas of business and personal financial planning. He has done extensive work with for-profit, non-profit, employee benefits and personal financial planning including social security and retirement planning with his 45 years' experience. Mr. Milberg is a graduate of University of Miami and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Florida, Georgia and Alabama Society of CPA’s, a Registered Investment Advisor and many other professional organizations. Furthermore, he has served on various non-profit boards and presently serves on the board and as Chairman of the Thomasville Cultural Center Endowment Trust and board of Thomas County Humane Society Endowment Trust.
