Robert has been in management for over 20 plus years. Miller has held numerous positions including Territory Manager, Territory Sales Manager, District Manager, Vice President of Sales and President within many prestige’s organizations such as Volvo Rents CE, VRCE Construction Supply's, Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers, Caterpillar as well as others. Combining his vast knowledge of operating a profitable consistent lean business along with his relentless passion for helping businesses grow and see a return on their investments. Robert has managed well over 200 million in total revenues and over 350 million dollars of assets in small-medium-heavy equipment, he is a leader in the industry in many areas including team building, sales and marketing management, operational excellence, buying and selling of large equipment packages, business has been a passion for his since his early days of working within his grandfathers construction company. His negotiation abilities are unparalleled and derived from his desire to successfully operate the most profitable business with a focus on "Lean" six sigma management principles. Throughout his tenure at Volvo CE he strategically led his operations to be among the top 5% of all Volvo Construction Equipment’s worldwide. Robert thrives on continuous improvement, challenging the day-to-day processes, and maximizing the efforts and potential of all those around him. He embraces and lives by the core values of integrity, honesty, innovation, and growth. Robert received his education from Orange Coast College. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Kern County Sheriffs Activity League (KCSAL) and is currently a board members for Shafter Recreation and Parks district as well as a Varsity Football Coach at Shafter High School. You While at CE, Miller sat on the Global Fleet Council (5 person worldwide group) and on the Global Marketing Council (7 person worldwide group). He is a multi-Circle of Excellence award winner.
