About Robert Mills

As an aspiring tax and finance professional, I am committed to delivering the highest standards of service and excellence in my work. During my placement at Evelyn Partners, I gained valuable experience working in the Consulting Tax department, where I developed a strong understanding of personal and corporate taxation processes and wealth management. I quickly picked up new systems and processes and managed a caseload of 60 clients, preparing, checking, and delivering tax returns from initial data gathering through to filing. My ability to develop effective relationships across the business and gain the trust of my colleagues and clients allowed me to provide tax input and explanation to clients who had previously been uncertain. I was also responsible for carrying out Corporate Tax returns, taking on a portion of the manager's corporation tax workload. I will be completing my degree this summer, and am looking forward to continuing my professional career.
