I’m a self-motivated and bottom-line oriented professional currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety with extensive experience in quality/health/safety/environmental management and comprehensive knowledge of applicable rules and regulations of safety policies and procedures. I thrive in fast-paced, constantly-evolving environments and I’m passionate about identifying opportunities to cultivate core values, implement strategic solutions, improve processes, enhance overall productivity, and inspire team members to achieve their personal and professional best. EHS management puts me in a pivotal role to inspire innovation and growth, I understand the mechanisms that drive business forward and I can skillfully create strategic roadmaps that set a foundation for long-term success. Previously serving in numerous senior leadership roles throughout a broad range of environments has given me tremendous insight into the importance of collaboration between multiple departments, cohesion among all functions, and direction throughout every level of operation. I’m a problem solver with a knack for analysis and strategy, and I’m skilled at navigating the complexities of team interactions. I have a reputation for drastically reducing EMR as a result of extensive safety training and awareness as well as extensive experience in performance analytics and an aptitude for documenting and implementing maintenance inspections and procedures (OSHA). I wear many hats and I pride myself on my ability to offer expertise in all facets of EHS operations, including, crisis/risk management, worker compensation, HAZMAT, cost/benefit analysis, and much more. I’ve done an excellent job helping many organizations grow with capabilities that are easily transferable to any business and to every role I bring passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to achieve. Now I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and dig deep into the day-to-day operations of a growing organization.
