Some of my highlighted achievements are: • Turned around a $110M global manufacturing organization in three years increasing sales by $70M and profit by $25M. • Started up a global manufacturing organization achieving a 50% reduction of the customer’s cost and supplying ‘0’ PPM to the vehicular industry. • Turned around a $25M agriculture components supplier improving profitability by $2.5M annually. • Turned around a $30M outboard motor assembly plant in 1 year by developing a data driven management team. More than doubled profitability from -$1.5M to $3M+. • Improved the profitability of a $4M automotive product line from -$4M to +$500k in 6 months using Six Sigma and lean tools.
