About Robert Moore

I like to make things work. I have worked in many fields and excelled in all of them. I originally planned to become a mechanic. I took classes in high school and worked as a mechanic in the Marines and National Guard. I also had a 13 year law enforcement career where I held roles as Traffic Investigator, Traffic Supervisor, Financial Crimes Investigator and IT Administrator. However, software development is where my passion is. I love learning and technology. I can bring this passion to any development team. I graduated from Purdue University Calumet in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems & Information Technology, Software Development Option. I was then hired by Northrop Grumman as a Systems Engineer. While there, I was part of a team that added value to the Zumwalt Class Destroyer program by independently analyzing design artifacts throughout the design process.
