About Robert Moore

I’m a commercial and general management leader with over 20 years’ experience driving profitable growth, improving margins, and building high-performing commercial organisations across life sciences, medtech, healthcare, industrial, and scientific sectors, working with both local and international businesses.I operate at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution — leading multi-layer sales and marketing teams, shaping go-to-market strategy, and aligning pricing, partners, and investment decisions to business outcomes. I’ve partnered closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams to scale organisations, lead turnaround and integration initiatives, and deliver sustainable performance across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. My background includes full commercial ownership, P&L accountability, national and international tenders, partner and channel strategy, and leading major transformation programmes, including ERP and CRM implementations. I’m particularly effective in environments that require growth with control—where clarity, structure, and disciplined leadership matter as much as ambition.I’m known as a calm, commercially rigorous leader who develops strong teams, simplifies complexity, and turns strategy into execution.Open to Commercial Director, Sales Director, General Manager, or Business Unit leadership roles.Connect with me today to learn how I will make your mission my mission and help bring all your commercial objectives into focus!
