Experienced in strategic business planning and execution with a consistent and proven ability to launch, defend and grow market share to achieve dynamic results. Excellent leadership skills combined with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate. A proven record of leading and motivating high performance sales and marketing teams, in a collaborative style focussed on team cohesion and performance to increase revenue and EBITDA. Successfully developed and implemented new business models including new product introduction programmes. Established a European OEM partner network, which has delivered new products to our market with the achievement of EBITDA improvement.
