I have built SHES as a “boutique style” firm that takes a whole house approach with regards to overall energy savings. As Owner/Operator, I offer personal service with each project to solve specific concerns from comfort to energy savings and production, soundproofing, and sound performance measures with all types of homes, old and new. I am a licensed contractor with the Cities of Denver and a Englewood, CO and I have been BPI certified in building science for residential homes and small commercial properties since 2010. As a registered trades company with Xcel Energy of Colorado, I help home owners with incentives and rebates through a variety of programs offered from home energy audits, insulation, air sealing, and the Home Performance with Energy Star Program. Simple Home Energy Solutions is a proud partner with the Energy Star Small Business Network. As a firm, we follow a strict "reduce then produce" approach with solar energy production and can design an appropriately sized energy system that will produce only the energy you use without overproduction back to the grid.
