My core competencies are Technical Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement, with over 15 years of international work experience touching many aspects of the commercial Nuclear Power industry. I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Root Cause Analyst, and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. My broad professional background in Design, Construction, Manufacturing, Project Execution, Business Strategy, Process Improvement, and all related fields from beginning to end of large-scale EPC contracts has been primarily in the commercial nuclear power industry. I enjoy solving unique problems and balancing objectives to ensure that all customer requirements will be satisfied as efficiently and effectively as possible, while maintaining the highest quality standards. I recognize that there is a mutually agreeable solution to every challenge, and I look forward to finding that for all of my project stakeholders. I am passionate about living life to the fullest and encouraging myself and others to continually dream bigger and strive to become the best that they can - to make great things happen, all it takes is one person with a vision and a passion who is willing to take a risk and go for it!
