I build systems that don’t break when reality shows up. Whether it’s a customer-facing escalation or an internal report that needs to scale beyond its original scope, I design for adaptability. My focus is always long-term: repeatable logic, tools that outlive the current quarter, and reports that explain themselves without needing a tour guide. I’ve led efforts in data analytics, business intelligence, and customer service tooling — translating chaotic inputs into clean structures that teams can trust. Most of what I build is meant to reduce complexity, not hide it. Creatively, I apply the same structure-driven mindset across disciplines: writing, music generation, art, and AI prompt engineering. I treat these mediums the same way I treat business systems — define the logic, explore the edge cases, and find what still holds up when tested. I’ve worked extensively with AI systems to co-develop behavioral frameworks, debug prompt logic, and stress-test emerging tools against real-world conditions as well as under real-world constraints. At the end of the day, I solve problems through architecture — whether in code, conversation, or creative process. And I do it because it works.
