About Robert Mulroy

I have been working as a Personal Trainer and TRX class instructor for the past five years. I have worked with and trained a variety of different people which has broadened my skill set. I base my training philosophy on what is best for each individual person to help them achieve their maximum potential. I am a recent graduate from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at North Shore Community College. I am graduating from the program having achieved the Dean's list honor roll each semester. This has been a great addition to my personal training career to help continue my career in the health care field. I would describe myself as calm individual that likes to listen. I enjoy keeping myself busy and like the challenge of trying to solve problems that may help someone. This bodes well for the Physical Therapy setting, as I enjoy working with people to help them achieve the most out of themselves.
