Rob Naudin serves as Associate General Counsel at Primoris Services Corporation, the nation’s leading construction, engineering, and infrastructure providers. In this role, he advises executive leadership and operational teams on a broad range of legal, contractual, and risk-management issues impacting large-scale construction projects across the United States.Prior to joining Primoris, Rob spent more than a decade as a Principal at Cokinos | Young, a top-tier litigation firm headquartered in Houston and nearly two decades in business litigation. As a seasoned trial attorney, he represented corporations, partnerships, and individuals in complex commercial and construction disputes in state and federal courts nationwide. Rob’s track record includes leading high-stakes cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars and consistently delivering strategic, business-driven outcomes for his clients. His practice extended beyond litigation to advising businesses on dispute avoidance, contract strategy, and long-term risk mitigation.Rob also brings significant business and operational insight through his work as a founding member and Chief Legal Officer of The Holding Company, LLC, the vertically integrated parent organization of Southern Crop, LLC, and Southern Crop Processing, LLC—licensed medical cannabis enterprises based in Mississippi. His leadership supports the companies’ mission to deliver high-quality medicinal cannabis products statewide under brands such as SoCrop, Fligh, DiLama, and Soar.Earlier in his career, Rob served in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he prosecuted major felony offenses and advised senior military leadership on operational and wartime legal matters. He is licensed to practice law in California and Texas and is admitted before the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the Supreme Court of the United States.
