Finished Highschool in 2008 focusing on construction. Went to SUNY Canton for 1.5 years studying Construction technology management, but I was unable to complete the degree due to funding issues. Started working at Fused Solutions as a level 1 tech and slowly made my way to Level 2. After a few years as a Level 2 I was transferred to a specific team which handled more advanced clients with different ticketing systems. Later on that team was integrated back into level 2 and I was promoted to part time supervisor. After the end of Fused Solutions I was picked up by Frontline Call Center as a Full time Midnight Supervisor and I'm currently still handling the same clients as well as a few new ones with different ticketing systems.
