As a Content Creator, I share accessible recipes and food storytelling with millions worldwide. In my work as a Mentor & Consultant, I guide chefs and restaurant owners to innovate, grow, and succeed in a changing industry. And as an Aged Care Chef, I am committed to reimagining dining for residents, ensuring dignity, nutrition, and joy in every meal.
