I work with a wide variety of companies in different sectors; food, manufacturing, services, construction, etc. big and small. My role is to work with our clients to make their business better. Better means better for their customers, their employees and the business stakeholders. It's a process of incremental improvements to the business processes and the capabilities of the team to deliver well defined value to the businesses customers. The sensible and appropriate application of Lean thinking and the Lean tools and techniques can transform businesses, all businesses. We will find and remove the wastes that are dragging on your business. We will introduce visual management and daily routines to manage performance and quickly identify problems. We will empower your people to deliver value in their daily work and solve the problems they encounter. We will use the tools and equipment that you have invested in to optimise their value to your business and ensure a return on the investment made. I enjoy being part of the improvement process within an organisation, supporting the team members in their development. Taking satisfaction in their achievements and the business improvements they deliver. I also enjoy parkruns, cycling and MK1 Audi TTs. In the many years and countless companies that I have worked with there is a remarkable similarity to the problems that we encounter. Often the labels and the circumstances are different each time but the fundamental issues tend to be consistent.
