Over the years, I have honed my skills and expertise in process improvements, process development and automation. Professional Journey My journey in Higher Education has been nothing short of exhilarating. I have had the privilege of contributing to the University of Michigan (U-M) where I started my career in 2006 in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (Undergraduate Admissions), moved to the U-M Stephen M. Ross School of Business (Graduate Admissions). In 2014, I began my career at U-M Information Technology Services (ITS) where I supported the greater university, 19 schools and colleges in undergraduate and graduate admissions. This background in admissions and IT has led me to my current position which I began in 2023 at the U-M ITS Salesforce Center of Excellence serving our campus with CRM and Marketing Cloud solution from Salesforce. These experiences have not only shaped me professionally, but also fueled my passion for higher education.
