A Senior Leader within T-Mobile's Southern California OC/IE Engineering and Operations organization. Primary focus- To lead a highly talented engineering team of over 29 Technicians and Managers to maintain, expand and enhance our networks (2G, 3G, 4G LTE, 5G, AAV, VoLTE, Small Cells, DAS & ALM). Meet performance Goals by managing OPEX Budgets. Support Development and ensure all Cell Sites meet Installation, Integration and quality goals set by Market. Ensure backup power systems are adequate for disaster response and meet local / federal requirements. Manage local GC Vendors to meet quality, installation, and maintenance objectives. Work with RF Engineering teams to troubleshoot and locate performance and interference issues, as well as ensuring that transmission systems are installed and functioning as designed and to ensure that policies guidelines and procedures are documented, disseminated, and enforced including SOX Compliance policies. Previous experience:* Working for Telecom Network Services in LA / OC and with Ericsson in LA.* Field Lead and Project Managed (Telecom Network Services), Successfully lead teams from internal and external organizations in delivery of projects.* Used hands on approach to ensure customer needs were adequately met, stakeholders were informed of project objectives, and successful utilization of PMI and ITIL methodologies.* Contributions included: Systems Management, large project development, implementation strategies, vendor relationships, and strategic planning.
