About Robert Nsamba

Robert happily serves with Resettlement and Movement Management at IOM - UN Migration. Serving as an Operations Manager, with a strong command of logistics management, movement management and global migration management. Working in a multi- cultural environment, he is involved in various resettlement, assisted voluntary return, evacuation and emergency missions both local and abroad. Prior, Robert led Graphic Expression’s communication and marketing concept design team. He provides firms and individuals with superior tactics during critical business growth phases, including product development, brand management, writing business plans, building cost effective marketing plans and marketing consultancy. As an undergraduate in 2004 till 2007 with dynamic interest in marketing, he served as a business development executive at Fire service Uganda where he was greatly acknowledged for spear heading a 90% business growth. In 2006 Robert Co-founded Graphic expressions after majoring in Advertising Design at university. He continued to serve a support role at Fire service Uganda. His experience in fire protection was an added advantage in acquiring a vacancy at Entebbe handling Services – Entebbe International Airport where he served as a Team Leader (2007-2009) and also exposed him to international travel. While a Team Leader with ENHAS – Entebbe International Airport and at the same time pursuing his MSc, his Multi-cultural experience and acquired interest in refugee movement management enabled him join the world’s leading Migration Agency in December 2009. Robert holds a Bachelor of Industrial Art- Advertising Design Major and a MSc. Marketing. He is an active member of the Uganda Fire Fighters Association, Business Marketing Association and is registered with Professional Association for Industrial Arts.
