In my two years of experience with Equiliem, I’ve developed a strong foundation in recruitment, relationship management, and problem-solving. My recruitment focus has been in supply chain, logistics, and light industrial roles, but I’m excited to expand into either corporate recruiting or the insurance industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sport Management from Rutgers University, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior, communication, and client engagement. These skills are highly transferable, whether I’m helping a business find the perfect fit for their team or assisting clients in navigating the complexities of insurance.
