I’m a very experienced pensions professional with proven strategic, technical, communication, governance, stakeholder and leadership skills. I have wide-ranging experience of working both in-house and in third party roles supporting Boards, Committees, employers and members in all aspects of managing large, complex, pension schemes. I’m CEO of SAUL, which is a DB/DC multi-employer pension scheme and authorised Master Trust. I’m also Chair of Pensions UK’s Defined Benefit Committee and a Member of Pensions UK’s Policy Board.
