I have been working as a Technical Writer/Editor for the past 23 years and as a professional writer for the past 30 years. I have experience in writing all types of documentation (printed and online help deliverables) including user guides, reference guides, configuration guides, release notes, training material, policies and procedures (SOX), and operational manuals to name just a few. In addition, I have experience in creating online help systems (WinHELP, WebHelp and HTML) using RoboHELP and Madcap Flare. I also have experience in creating and editing HTML pages using Front Page, Confluence and Wiki-docs. Lastly, I have a strong working knowledge of Web page design. I can write technical as well as marketing type material and I have a flare for the artistic side of all documentation.
