With 25 years of demonstrated success and leadership in the Healthcare and Biopharmaceutical Industry, I have experience in leadership roles through all aspects of PBM Sales, Operations, Research, IT, Business Analytics, Strategic Account Engagement, Health Systems, Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, Agency, Strategic Planning and Market Access; with particular focus on developing talent and achieving results. I have developed great breadth, depth and agility from experience in three entrepreneurial start‐ups, multiple regional and large national payer roles, to inline and launch activities for major portfolio biopharmaceutical brands at Amgen and Genentech. I have significant experience in health plan contracting, network development, specialty pharmacy, pharmacoeconomics, market research and staff development. I have had local, regional and national level responsibility for building and leading Medical Science Liaison Market Access teams, and coordinating cross‐functional sales/ medical teams comprised of Institutional Sales, Account Executives for Payers, Medical Liaisons, Trade Representatives and strategy development for Organized Customers. My experience is across multiple specialty segments including Integrated Health Care systems, ACOs, Veterans Administration /DOD, Long Term Care, Specialty Pharmacy, Employer, Academia and all facets of Payers.
